Tulsi & Ginger Infusion
Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) or "holy basil" is a plant that brings many benefits to body and mind, yet it is little known in France and little consumed. In Ayurveda, Tulsi is also called "Queen of plants", "the incomparable" or even "Mother-medicine of nature". In the Hindu religion, it is a sacred plant which is at the center of ceremonies. Tulsi has many virtues: it helps to purify our body and our mind but also to fight against stress in all its forms.
There are 3 varieties of Tulsis: Rama, Khrishna and Vana. This infusion is an association of Tulsi Vana with crushed ginger roots.
Composition :
Leaves of Vana Tulsi* (ocimum gratissimum) 60%, Ginger* (zingiber officinale) 40%.
