Oriculi in beech wood
Unlike the wooden cotton swab usually made from Chinese bamboo, this Oriculi (or ear pick) is made of beech wood from Jura. Make your life easier and make small savings with this little everyday object that will make ear cleaning eco-responsible but still just as easy. It is 100% French, natural, elegant and very resistant.
How to use it?
Use the wooden Oriculi like a small spoon to remove earwax from the entrance to your ears. Contrary to popular belief, there is no need to push it too far, cleaning is done at the edge of the ear. Indeed, cerumen (or ear wax) plays a valuable role in protecting our hearing system.
Simply twist it as you slowly pull it out of the ear, it will remove earwax at the edge of the ear canal.
Once used, run it under water, then dry it. Wood is a living material, your Oriculi may fade a little over time. No problem, give it a little oil (preferably linseed) and it will be like new.
Store it in a dry place so that it does not take on the humidity of your bathroom.
And for children?
The oriculi in beech can be used on your children, but in peace and it must be handled by an adult.
Focus on materials:
It is made of 100% French beech wood and oiled with a little linseed oil to protect it from humidity.
Lamazuna chose this wood for its resistance and also because it is local. It comes from a forest in the Jura less than 250km from their premises.
My contribution for the planet:
By buying the Oriculi, you avoid throwing thousands of disposable cotton swabs in the trash. In addition, by buying this ear cure you will help plant trees in French agroforestry.
The packaging is made of recyclable cardboard.
