Preparation

  • Mix the Breakfast Mix and the Chia seeds in your cottage cheese.
  • Wait 4-5 minutes for the seeds to swell. During this time, take the opportunity to prepare your little morning infusion.
  • Once the seeds have puffed up, add the crunchy superfruit mix.
  • Taste!

Verdict

Let's now move on to the tasting: at the first spoonful, you can feel that the Chia seeds have modified the texture of the fromage blanc. It is much more consistent and it holds well to the body! As for the super seeds, they bring a most pleasant melting/crunchy side.

We find the taste of cocoa present in the Breakfast Mix as well as a slight hint of acidity accentuated by baobab and Aronia seeds. Personally, we love it!

Variant with the Breakfast Mix

If you're in a hurry and you don't have time for breakfast (we know what it is, in the morning, we don't necessarily have time), here's a variation.

Mix 3 teaspoons of Breakfast Mix in 200ml of milk or vegetable milk. Ideally, in a shaker to have a better homogenization of your mixture.

And enjoy your preparation or take it to work to drink it later.
