Hey Cindy, sunny days are coming and what better way to cool off than a good, chilled homemade sorbet. It's more fun than drinking water and it's so refreshing. We suggest you make your pear sorbet with the MIX Digestion FEED ME UP .

Ingredients for this recipe:

Tip : If you don't have icing sugar at home, put powdered sugar in your blender and mix. You will get icing sugar!

Material :

  • Blender
  • Juicer
  • ice cream maker

Time :

  • Preparation: 60 mins.

Stages:

  • The day before, place the bowl of the ice cream maker in the freezer.
  • The next day, squeeze the lemon.
  • Peel the pears, core them well and cut them into cubes.
  • In the blender, put the icing sugar, the diced pears, the  Mix Digestion and the lemon juice. Then, mix everything together.
  • Put the preparation in the bowl of the ice cream maker and swirl for about 45 minutes. If you don't have an ice cream maker, it is possible to make the recipe by freezing the fruit ).
  • Place the sorbet in a freezer safe dish with a lid.
  • The sorbet must be consumed within a week.
  • To be enjoyed chilled. 
  • Enjoy your meal.

Variations: Vary this recipe with other fruits (preferably seasonal). And why not try a salty version with spinach or cucumber for example.
