Hey Cindy, sunny days are coming and what better way to cool off than a good, chilled homemade sorbet. It's more fun than drinking water and it's so refreshing. We suggest you make your pear sorbet with the MIX Digestion FEED ME UP .
Ingredients for this recipe:
- 120 grams of icing sugar
- 3 teaspoons of FEED ME UP Digestion Mix .
- 1kg Conference Pear
- 1 lemon
Tip : If you don't have icing sugar at home, put powdered sugar in your blender and mix. You will get icing sugar!

Time :
- Preparation: 60 mins.
Stages:
- The day before, place the bowl of the ice cream maker in the freezer.
- The next day, squeeze the lemon.
- Peel the pears, core them well and cut them into cubes.
- In the blender, put the icing sugar, the diced pears, the Mix Digestion and the lemon juice. Then, mix everything together.
- Put the preparation in the bowl of the ice cream maker and swirl for about 45 minutes. ( If you don't have an ice cream maker, it is possible to make the recipe by freezing the fruit ).
- Place the sorbet in a freezer safe dish with a lid.
- The sorbet must be consumed within a week.
- To be enjoyed chilled.
- Enjoy your meal.
Variations: Vary this recipe with other fruits (preferably seasonal). And why not try a salty version with spinach or cucumber for example.
