Ingredients for this recipe:
- 4 teaspoons of cocoa
- 120 grams of coconut oil
- 3 teaspoons of MIX Energy FEED ME UP
- 50 grams of coconut sugar
- 50 grams of chestnut flour
- 1 or 2 very ripe bananas (about 150 grams)
- 1 pinch of salt
Note : You can vary the recipe by using all kinds of flour.

- Preparation: 10 mins.
- Cooking: 20 mins.
Steps :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the liquid coconut oil (To make it liquid, just heat it slightly in the microwave or in a saucepan), the cocoa, the chestnut flour, the coconut sugar, the MIX Energie FEED ME UP and the salt .
- Mix well with a whisk until the preparation is homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mould.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- To be enjoyed warm or cold according to taste.
Variations: Depending on your desires and tastes, you can incorporate dried fruits such as pecans, walnut kernels, etc. into the brownie.
You can also serve it with a scoop of ice cream or a VEGAN "custard" type cream.
