Swimming in the middle of all these delicious colorful plates, we decided to try our homemade granola recipe.
So already, it's a total success, the recipe is easy and quick but on top of that it's a real delight! The advantage is that depending on what you have on hand, you can vary the recipe, add fruit toppings such as slices of bananas, strawberries or a few raspberries from the garden.

Ingredients for this recipe:
- 300 g rolled oats.
- 200 g dark chocolate.
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 30 g almonds.
- 40 g cashew nuts.
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil .
- 6 tablespoons agave syrup.
VARIATION: You can vary the oilseeds according to your desires: pecans, brazil nuts...
Material :

Time :
- Preparation: 5-10 mins.
- Cooking: 20 mins
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and oilseeds.
- In a salad bowl, mix the oats and the oilseeds cut into pieces.
- Add the agave syrup and the coconut oil (if the oil is not liquid, place it in the microwave for 10 seconds).
- Mix the preparation again and spread it on a plate with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
- Place the plate for 20 minutes in the oven at 160°C. (the granola will brown)
- Wait until the granola is very cold before adding the dark chocolate (otherwise it will melt). Then mix again.
- Enjoy this delicious granola in the morning for breakfast on its own, in milk or in cottage cheese.
