We often rhyme the classic burger / fries with "fast food" or even "junk food". However, beyond the cheddar, grease and fries combo, there is a whole world of flavors that can coexist.
Today Cindy, we suggest you combine a vegetarian burger with vegetable fries! Super simple and practical recipe that you can easily adapt to many other vegetables. We decided to add a little pep by working around the Energy mix from Feed Me Up, which comes here to coat the fries in a mixture of spices. Maca, Guarana, Turmeric and Moringa to get colorful vegetable fries full of energy!
So Cindy, like every week, we put on her most beautiful apron and follow Stéphanie in the kitchen to spend a relaxed evening around a good hamburger / healthy fries!
Ingredients for the fries:
- 2 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 piece of celery
- 1 teaspoon of MIX Energy FEED ME UP
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Ingredients for the burgers:
- 2 pains burger
- 2 soy pancakes with vegetables
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- Sauce of your choice

- Preparation: 10 mins.
- Cooking: 35 mins.
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Peel the vegetables and cut them into fries.
- Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and sprinkle them with the various spices and herbs as well as the MIX Energy FEED ME UP.
- Mix well then add the olive oil and mix again.
- Having put a sheet of baking paper on the plate, place the vegetable fries flat then bake for about 35 minutes depending on the oven (watch the cooking).
- For the preparation of the burgers: cut the onion and the tomato into rings.
- Proceed to cook the soybean cakes according to the time suggested on the packaging.
- Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread and assemble the burgers.
- Enjoy your meal
Variation : You can very well vary the vegetables with parsnips, sweet potatoes or even Jerusalem artichokes. It's up to you to choose the seasonal vegetables that make you want.
And for steak, you can try potato steak, cauliflower steak or even tofu!
