You have most certainly seen, in our new products, our 4 flavors of granola . A few weeks ago, I offered you a smoothie bowl with granola cranberries and chia seeds. Today, I want to suggest a recipe for a sweet verrine with our granola with honey and peanuts.
This time, you don't need a robot or a blender, in 5 minutes, you can make this super easy and so good dessert!
Ingredients for this recipe :
- 400 grams vegan yoghurt (here I used plain almond yoghurt)
- 100 grams Granola Honey Peanut Krush !
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Time :
- Preparation: 5 mins.
Steps :
- Place a layer of plant-based yogurt in the bottom of the verrines.
- Add Honey Peanut Granola on top.
- Add a layer of yogurt and then granola.
- Cut slices of bananas and arrange them on top.
- Then, add the peanut butter to finalize the verrine.
- Enjoy :)
To make the peanut butter easier to add, I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it more liquid.
