I'm sure you still have Easter chocolates Benoit! With all the chickens and chocolate bunnies that you and your children must have received at Easter, there are certainly some lying around in the back of a cupboard. Personally, I collected everything in a large airtight box, telling myself that one day (we don't know when), I would make a cake or a chocolate mousse with it. As much to tell you, as Christmas approaches, my chocolates are still in this famous box!

But I have a great and above all quick recipe to make to reuse leftover chocolates and prepare you little delicacies to taste in front of a Christmas movie! So follow me in my kitchen, I'll show you how to stop losing your chocolates.

Steps :

  • On the silicone sheet, place the leftover chocolates (break them into pieces and spread them well so that they take up the whole sheet).
  • Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 60°C (check that all the chocolate has melted).
  • Take the tray out of the oven and briefly stir in the chocolate.
  • Place the sesame and honey cashews (crushed into small pieces), the granola and the dried cranberries on the still melted chocolate.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool so that it hardens.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, roughly break up pieces (they don't have to be perfect).
  • Put them in small bags to offer or in an airtight box to eat them as a snack.
