Ingredients for the recipe:
- 30 grams of rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 75 grams of cottage cheese 0%
- 15 grams of agave syrup
- 1 gram baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of Feed Me Up Breakfast Mix
- 1 banana
- Grated coconut
- Chocolate pastry
Steps :
- In a bowl, break the egg and add the fromage blanc. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add the rolled oats, baking powder, agave syrup and Breakfast Mix. To mix everything.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave at maximum power.
- At the end of cooking, let cool for 2 minutes and turn out onto a plate.
- Add the sliced banana, sprinkle with coconut and add the melted chocolate on top.
