The cardboard cycle
Your box is not perfect? It's true. Does it look like it has been used already? It's also true. The answer is simple, rather than buying brand new and beautiful boxes to send your orders, we strive to recover and reuse those in our possession. Whether it is our deliveries of raw materials, products or personal delivery, we recover everything that can still be used. It's stupid, but it doubles the lifespan of a box, you just have to send it on your side with the same box and that's it, we've tripled its lifespan!
Staging your order
The same goes for the timing of your order. Your parcels are precious and to protect them, we proceed exactly in the same way. In short, you know the song: we receive, we send back, we start again. This avoids plastic and synthetic wedging particles. If, by the greatest chance, you have some to protect your order, it's simply that it seemed more appropriate to us to reuse the ones we received rather than throwing them away. Ecology is sometimes very simple gestures!
And the invoice?
It is only present in your package if you ask us for it (it obviously remains available in your account without time limit). We only put it in the packages during customs clearance or when it is required.
Asking us is not a drama in itself. Especially since if you don't keep it, turn it over: the blank side will make an excellent medium for expression for your toddlers, or simply as a draft sheet for your notes.
