Shipping your package

Packages are shipped the same day, if the order is validated before 12 noon. They are shipped via Mondial Relay with a tracking number. Packages can also be sent via Chronopost and delivered against signature at home or at a Chronopost relay point. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We set our shipping rates, at the lowest, based on the contracts we negotiate for you.

We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. If you wish to combine two orders that you have placed one after the other following an oversight, for example, contact us as soon as possible so that we can pool the shipment.

We cannot engage our responsibility for transport. This is why we trust quality service providers with whom we have been working for a long time. In case of transport problem, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find out for you.

Packing

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. For packaging, we favor the reuse of various packaging, the same goes for the wedging and protection of products. This is to reduce our environmental impact.

Chronopost

Chronopost orders, whether Chrono13, Chrono Relais or Chrono Classic are dispatched the same day if the orders are placed before 12 noon. The Chrono13 are delivered the next day before 1 p.m., the same goes for the Chrono Relais. For the Chrono Classic, it depends on the delivery address, the conditions are explained when choosing the mode of transport.

Mondial Relay

Mondial Relay orders are placed the same day if orders are placed before 12 noon. Delivery is generally between 2 and 3 days.
