Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use in children under 6 years old. Contraindicated for people suffering from gastroesophageal reflux. Contraindicated in case of anticoagulant treatment.
Cinnamon EO is highly dosed in cinnamaldehyde, which makes it dermocaustic in its pure state and allergenic. It is therefore best to test it before using it (1 to 2 drops in the bend of the elbow and wait 24 hours for there to be no reaction).
It is also hepatotoxic, so it must be taken with a hepatoprotector such as Lemon essential oil or Peppermint essential oil. EO is exciting, so avoid taking it in the evening.
Storage advice:
Keep essential oils in a dry, cool place, away from light. Make sure the bottle is always tightly closed.
