White Grapefruit essential oil.

Essential oil, or EO of grapefruit has invigorating properties and brings good humor. It can be used in many fields. In the kitchen, it will bring fine citrus notes to your dishes while being a digestive stimulant. It will sanitize your home with the use of an essential oil diffuser.

Possible ways of use:

	Skin contact : To be diluted at 20% in vegetable oil
	Ingestion : To be diluted on a neutral support (honey, vegetable oil, neutral tablet)
	Diffusion : Preferred route. Authorized for pregnant women over 3 months and babies over 3 months
	Inhale : Possible path

Precautions for use:

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use in children under 6 years old. HE prohibited in case of anticoagulant treatment or cortisone-dependent disease.

Grapefruit EO is pure dermocaustic. Always dilute it for cutaneous or oral application. Due to its high concentration of limonene, HE is allergenic. It is therefore preferable to test it before using it (1 to 2 drops in the bend of the elbow and wait 24 hours for there to be no reaction).

This EO is photosensitizing, so do not expose yourself to the sun for 8 to 10 hours after application.
