Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil

Properties:

• Insect repellent: it is an insect repellent, especially for mosquitoes.
• Anti-inflammatory: this essential oil will relieve joint and muscle pain.
• Antibacterial: thanks to the citronellal and geraniol it contains, it will prevent the development of certain bacteria.
• Calming: it will have a soothing and calming effect on the body.
• Antalgic: it will soothe itchy skin, especially insect bites.

Possible ways of use:

	Skin contact : To be diluted at 20% in vegetable oil. This is the most used way.
	Ingestion : To be diluted on a neutral support (honey, vegetable oil, neutral tablet)
	Diffuse : Possible way but it is better to dilute it with other essential oils.
	Inhale : Possible way

Precautions for use:

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use in children under 3 years old.

This EO is irritating to the skin, so always dilute it to 20% in vegetable oil. Due to the presence of allergens, it is best to do a test before using it (1 to 2 drops in the bend of the elbow and wait 24 hours for there to be no reaction).

Lemon eucalyptus essential oil can be used in cooking but must be absolutely diluted (1 drop per 1kg of foodstuff). Do not ingest pure.
